Scheduling A 40-50% deposit will be required to schedule the job. Depending on the time of year we are usually 1 week to 4 weeks out when setting a date. The deposit is used to purchase supplies , but most importantly to maintain our schedule, because of weather , customers schedules , school stuff , etc. The last thing we want is someone who is not sure of what they want and cancelling the day before the job and wasting both of our times. If a scheduling conflict does arise , it can be addressed , delt with in ample time as to not disrupt anyones busy life. Communication is very important in all aspects of our relationship. Contract Yes , we do use a contract , it is for both our protection , it simply states what we will be doing and how much we will be doing it for. Again , communication is of vital importance to both of us as it will resolve all misinterpretations. Back to Top
Pricing Price of a finish is influenced by many factors , some, but not restricted to, wall surface type and preparation, size and location of the space, level of detail, style and complexity of subject matter, products used, skill level required, total number of hours, environmental conditions and obstacles, whether scaffolding is required, and travel distance just to name a few. We are certainly not the cheapest , but will work with you within the restrictions of your budget- as the saying goes , "you get what you pay for". Price will affect you once, where as the finish should last a lifetime. We can work out a price per sq. ft. or a flat price for say a bathroom , bedroom , kitchen , garage door or anything you want. We will submit a proposal( estimate ) that will outline the work to be performed and the price we can do it for. Back to Top
